Prepare for the New Decade with the Real Estate Trends 2020 Summit

What does 2020 hold for the real estate industry? The Florida Realtors Real Estate Trends summit will prepare you for whatever the economy brings.

Do you want to know how the economy and real estate market will fare in the coming year? Will inventory shortages persist? Will housing affordability be better, the same, or worse for your clients? Join us at Florida Real Estate Trends 2020 to gain some 20/20 market vision!

At this year’s event, you’ll be hearing from a renowned forecaster and expert on Florida’s economy, Dr. Sean Snaith, as well as our very own Florida Realtors chief economist, Dr. Brad O’Connor. This pair of engaging economists will take you through the ins-and-outs of the Sunshine State’s economic and housing market trends, and provide you with their outlooks for the year ahead.

You’ll also be hearing from a panel of home builders and remodelers who will inform you of the latest trends in their industries—and the factors that have been limiting their ability to solve our state’s inventory shortages. And finally, your Florida Realtors Research Team will be unveiling an exciting new service for Florida Realtors members that you won’t want to miss!

There will be box lunches available, so eat, learn, and stay ahead of the curve with knowledge of what 2020 means for your real estate business!

Be sure to add the summit, set for 12:30-2:30 p.m. Thursday, January 23, 2020, in Oceans 2-4 at SeaWorld Orlando Renaissance, to your conference schedule.
